The wait for Derrick Rose to return to the Bulls won't be long.
The Bulls announced on Wednesday that Rose's surgical procedure "went as expected" and that he is expected to resume basketball activities in two weeks.
Rose suffered a left orbital fracture in practice Tuesday afternoon after catching an accidental elbow to the face.

“All we know right now is Derrick went into the procedure this morning early, and the surgery went as expected,” Bulls head coach Fred Hoiberg said earlier Wednesday.
