The NBA's Christmas Day uniforms have a history of being, well, not so great. From sleeves to first names on the back, the league's desire to sell as many jerseys as possible by making such unique designs has generally been thought of as a failure on the eye test.
Which is what makes this year's design, revealed by Uni Watch on Wednesday, so refreshing.
The NBA kept the core designs for each of the 30 teams, then added a Christmas card-type font in cream on the fronts of the jersey. The numbers are off-centered, also in cream with a uniformed font.
