WASHINGTON – Third quarter numbness is nothing new for this Bulls team.
No one has been able to give a definitive answer why it’s happened all season, but it hasn’t been a good look.
Not for the players and not for the coaching staff.
To come out of the halftime locker room and look like one team made adjustments and the other didn’t, or one starting five wants the W and the other starting five doesn’t know how to chase that?
Yet, it keeps happening, and Tuesday in the nation’s capital was just the latest example.
