Entering the 2020 offseason, all options should be on the table for the new Chicago Bulls front office regime to explore to try and better the direction of this rebuild right away. The Bulls finished up the 2019-20 season prior to the novel coronavirus pandemic-induced hiatus with a record of 22-43 through 65 games.
As one of eight teams in the NBA that will not be included in the 22-team restart plan in the “bubble” at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, FL, the Bulls are facing an extended offseason. Granted there could be a situation in which this team is still able to take part in some practices and scrimmage-type games in Chicago, if that plan pans out in the end.
