Johnson of NBC Sports Chicago on April 8, the Denver Nuggets general manager Arturas Karnisovas is currently the centerpiece of the Bulls front office candidate search. Karnisovas is in the thick of this candidate search along with the Utah Jazz general manager Justin Zanik, who interviewed with the Bulls on April 6.
