During the 1997-98 season, the Chicago Bulls were once again the most dominant team in the NBA. The door was starting to officially close on the dynasty years, though, as the team was starting to see its problems mount for what was to come in the immediate future. This would be the Bulls last run together as a title contender in the 1990’s.
The Bulls made some magical runs throughout the 1990’s, at least when all-time great shooting guard Michael Jordan was still on the team. Jordan had multiple retirements throughout his NBA career. The first would come when Jordan would try his hand with the Chicago White Sox minor league organization.
