The Bulls won’t get to add Zion Williamson or Ja Morant, but the 2019 NBA Draft still represents another opportunity to push the rebuild forward. Their latest two No. 7 overall picks, Lauri Markkanen and Wendell Carter Jr., both look like solid selections, so the franchise will try to hit yet again in the same spot after falling in the lottery.
