Chicago Bulls point guard Rajon Rondo was diagnosed with a broken thumb and is out for the rest of their series against the Boston Celtics, but that doesn't mean that Rondo is sitting idly by on the sidelines.
In the first quarter of Game 3 in this series - a series the Bulls lead 2-0 - Rondo tried to trip Celtics forward Jae Crowder when he came near Chicago's bench:

Rondo, who suffered in the injury in the third quarter of Game 2, is out indefinitely and will be re-evaluated in 7-10 days.
He was averaging 11.5 points, 10.0 assists, 8.5 rebounds and 3.5 steals in the first two games of the series.
