Bulls Weekly: Chicago In Serious Danger Of Missing Playoffs

Somewhere, it all went wrong. The Chicago Bulls have continued their second half freefall down the standings, and now sit two games out of the Eastern Conference playoff picture after another losing streak. Let's get you up to speed with the week that was and the week ahead with our Bulls Weekly update:

Last Week:
Chicago is in the middle of a four-game losing streak that started with a back-to-back, home-and-home with the New York Knicks, falling 105-97 at home on Wednesday before losing again in Madison Square Garden on Thrsuday 106-94. That sparked outrage from many on the team, including forward Taj Gibson, who expressed his frustration by saying the Bulls need to stop losing to "trash teams."

However, the losses kept coming for the Bulls. Saturday brought a disheartening 111-89 loss to the Orlando Magic on the road, which was followed by a 102-100 home loss to the Atlanta Hawks.

Chicago did manage to lessen the damage and get back to .500 (37-37) on the season with a 98-96 win over Indiana Pacers on Tuesday.

What's Next?
The Bulls will try to start a win streak on Thursday when they face the Houston Rockets, then come two very important games this weekend against the Detroit Pistons and Milwaukee Bucks. For more on the Bulls' upcoming games, download the Chat Sports Android and iPhone app
