The Chicago Bulls are trying to move into the No. 2 spot in the Eastern Conference standings, but a three-game losing streak has them moving in the opposite direction.
The Philadelphia 76ers are on the other end of the spectrum as they're headed for another top lottery pick, losing nine of their last 11 games.

What to watch for:
Who steps up for both teams?
Chicago has been reeling since losing both Derrick Rose and Jimmy Butler for a few weeks due to injuries, and they need someone else to step up and take over the lead scoring role for them to be successful. As for Philadelphia, they're just looking anyone to step and show they should be a part the Sixers' long-term future.
Prediction: Bulls win 91-82
This game will be ugly, but ultimately, there's a reason one team is approaching 40 wins while the other already has 40 losses. Chicago just has more talent, and I expect that to show even without Rose and Butler.
