In today's Bulls rumors surrounding the upcoming Carmelo Anthony sweepstakes, former Duke standout and projected top-three NBA Draft prospect Jabari Parker believes that Chicago would be the right fit for Melo.
Here's Scott Howard-Cooper of NBA.com with Parker's thoughts:

(2/2) Jabari: “…. One of my guys I look up to, Derrick, will have a scorer that he needs and that can bring a championship to Chicago.”

While Parker is "rooting" for Carmelo Anthony to take his talents to the Windy City, Bulls management is doing everything in their power to make it a reality.
Per multiple reports, the Bulls are currently on the shortlist of three teams (along with the Rockets and Mavs) slated to meet with Anthony directly after the July 1st open market date.
The Bulls have long held intrigue for Anthony as a potential landing spot. Combine that with the Bulls' willingness to clear space to sign him, and Chicago might be a favorite it what seems to be an open competition.
