The Chicago Bulls may be one of several teams in the mix for free agent Ray Allen when Allen officially makes himself available on the free agent market.
Per Gary Washburn of the Boston Globe, "Allen is making it known that he wants to return to the NBA, and his list of suitors is growing. The Wizards and Cavaliers are the most notable teams interested, but watch out for the Bulls, who are in need of another long-range shooter with Mike Dunleavy Jr. and Doug McDermott battling injuries."
Ray Allen has reportedly told NBA teams that he won't return to the league until February, so there is still a week remaining before his projected target month. However, the Chicago Bulls will likely make their presence known in hopes of locking down the veteran sharpshooter for a run at the NBA Eastern Conference crown.
