Three of the four quarterfinal games at the World Junior Championship will feature Blackhawks prospects. Each game will feature at least one prospect on each team.
Sweden vs. Switzerland
CHI prospects: SWE defenseman Adam Boqvist (2018 first), SWI center Phillip Kurashev (’18 fourth)
Kurashev is leading Blackhawks scorer in the tournament with five goals and six points. His goal total is tied for the tournament lead and he’s in tournament MVP conversation. Boqvist has four points, including the game-winning overtime goal against the United States in the preliminary round.
