The Chicago Blackhawks will have four players in the semifinal round at the 2016 World Championships.
Artemi Panarin and Russia will meet Ville Pokka and Finland in the semifinals, meaning Chicago is guaranteed at least one representative in the gold-medal game. Russia defeated Germany and Christian Ehrhoff, 4-1, in the quarterfinals, and Finland did one better with a 5-1 win over Denmark to advance to the semifinals.
Ehrhoff scored one goal in the tournament in Germany's win over the United States.
Vincent Hinostroza and Tyler Motte advanced the final four with the United States' 2-1 shootout win over Group A winner Czech Republic.
