World Championship: Quarterfinal field set, Panarin second in scoring

After Tuesday's slate concluded in St. Petersburg and Moscow, the quarterfinal matchups are set at the 2016 IIHF World Championship, and the Blackhawks' representatives are still in the hunt for a medal. Here’s how they’ve fared through the round robin stage:

Artemi Panarin (RUS): Panarin was held off the scoresheet on Saturday in a 5-1 win over Switzerland but posted four shots on goal in 17:46 of ice time. He scored in a 3-0 win over Norway on Monday, and posted two points (1G, 1A) and five shots on goal in Tuesday’s 4-1 win over Sweden to help Russia clinch the second seed out of Group A.
