When he was healthy this last season, Roy Radke was as impressive as almost any Blackhawks forward prospect.
Radke had nine points in a six-game point streak in the OHL in October. He scored 12 goals over 13 games from early February to early March. For the season, he scored 23 goals in 45 games, averaging 0.51 goals per game and placing him sixth among all Blackhawks prospects last season.
“I felt really confident when I was playing healthy,” said the 20-year-old Radke, who was drafted by the Blackhawks in the sixth round in 2015.
The problem was Radke couldn’t remain healthy last season.
