Rocky Wirtz doesn’t plan to make changes to the Blackhawks’ front office next season.
The Blackhawks chairman told Scott Powers of The Athletic “there’s not going to be any changes in the front office” and he “absolutely” sees team president and CEO John McDonough, senior vice president/general manager Stan Bowman and head coach Jeremy Colliton resuming their roles next season with Chicago. Wirtz did not comment on assistant coaches Sheldon Brookbank, Tomas Mitell and Marc Crawford.
Bowman and Colliton are both under contract through the 2020-21 season, but there were rumors this past summer the former signed an extension.
