Q&A with former Blackhawks forward Steve Larmer

Steve Larmer was prepared for the question before it even came.

Larmer had already been asked at least once earlier in the night and stuck to his answer when asked again.

But before his own thoughts on whether his Chicago Blackhawks’ No. 28 jersey should be retired — most people seem to believe it should be — the reason Larmer was back in Chicago on Friday was to be honored by the Blackhawks for their latest One More Shift ceremony.

The Blackhawks first honored Denis Savard recently and Larmer was the second former player to get into uniform and join the current Blackhawks on the ice for the nation anthem.
