Q&A: Blackhawks owner Rocky Wirtz on the future of his team and the NHL

In 2004, ESPN named the Chicago Blackhawks the worst franchise in all of pro sports. They were losing some $20 million per year while alienating a fan base by refusing to play games on television (not to mention the humiliating attendance figures). And the on-ice product?
