Kane recorded the secondary helpers on goals by Duncan Keith and Artem Anisimov as the Blackhawks took a 2-0 lead after the first period.
The late Stan Mikita is the franchise’s leading scorer with 1,457 points, followed by Bobby Hull (1,135) and Denis Savard (1,096). All three players ahead of Kane are in the Hockey Hall of Fame.
