Tyler Gratton, a Penn State commit, scored 11:30 into overtime to give Chicago a 2-1 win over the Sioux City Musketeers for the Steel’s first ever Clark Cup as the USHL’s champions. It’s the first championship in the Steel’s 17-year history.

In Hawks prospect news, Matthew Highmore and Nathan Noel helped Saint John to a 7-0 win Tuesday over Seattle to advance to Friday’s Memorial Cup semifinal. Highmore had two assists and Noel had one for the Sea Dogs in their first win of the tournament.
