Morning Bag Skate: Blackhawks close out homestand against Sharks

The Chicago Blackhawks will wrap up their five-game homestand Friday night against the San Jose Sharks at the United Center.

In the Olympics, the medal round is now set in the men’s tournament. Germany and ex-Blackhawk Christian Ehroff stunned Canada to advance to the gold-medal game against the Olympic Athletes from Russia, who defeated the Czech Republic and ex-Hawk Jiri Sekac. Canada (Rene Bourque, Andrew Ebbett, Rob Klinkhammer) will face the Czech Republic for bronze. Both medal games will be Saturday.
