Corey Crawford made 13 saves after relieving Scott Darling in the first period and Duncan Keith scored the deciding goal with 3:48 left in the third period to give the Blackhawks a 4-3 win against the Predators at the United Center on Saturday to clinch the Western Conference Conference first round series in six games.
