DETROIT — Martavis Bryant played the role of the good soldier on Sunday, and did it quite well.
The suspended wide receiver did everything he was supposed to do:
• Bryant was seen joking around with JuJu Smith-Schuster, the same kid he ripped a week ago that got him a pair of sweats for Sunday's game against the Lions instead of a helmet.
• Bryant was giving Eli Rogers encouragement after he dropped a sure-thing opening-drive touchdown.
• And maybe the most important thing of all, there's was no social media post or a demand to be traded hours after the game — a first in two weeks.
