The Chicago Blackhawks winger scored twice in a 4-0 victory over the Colorado Avalanche on Thursday night, surpassing former Hawk Peter Bondra to become the top-scoring Slovakian player in NHL history.
Marian Hossa is now the all-time leader among Slovakian-born NHL players with 504 goals, surpassing Peter Bondra (503)

Bondra was born in Ukraine, so technically Hossa already held this mark but Bondra is listed as a Slovakian player due to his play internationally.
Hossa tied Bondra with his 503rd career NHL goal to give the Hawks a 2-0 lead in the first period.
