Coach Joel Quenneville was expecting two of his injured defensemen to return this weekend. It looks like Michal Rozsival will be the first to do so.
Rozsival was activated off long-term injured reserve and Erik Gustafsson was reassigned to the Rockford IceHogs on Friday morning. Rozsival, who is coming off a fractured left ankle he sustained last May against the Minnesota Wild, was expected to play at some point this weekend. The Blackhawks face the St. Louis Blues on Saturday night before hosting the Calgary Flames on Sunday.

Duncan Keith (right knee), as of now, is still on LTIR.
