Myles Garrett participated in practice Thursday and appears on track to make his NFL debut Sunday when the Browns host the Bengals.
Garrett suffered a high-ankle sprain in practice Sept. 7, four days before the season opener. Though the No. 1 overall pick was spotted walking without a limp and without a protective boot last week and jogged adjacent to the practice field last Thursday, he hadn't participated in practice before Thursday.
The Browns officially listed Garrett as a limited participant. Hue Jackson said the Browns will thoroughly evaluate Garrett's conditioning, his pain tolerance and how his ankle responds Friday before making a final decision on his game status.
