One of the best feel-good stories in hockey last season was Jeff Glass making his NHL debut with the Blackhawks at age 32 after battling through just about every other league to get there.
After going 3-7-3 with a 3.36 goals against average and .898 save percentage in 15 games, it was unclear going into the summer whether Glass, who's an unrestricted free agent, would get another shot in the big leagues. That question was answered over the weekend, but it will be up to him to prove it.
Glass announced on the Bosco Podcast that he will be joining his hometown Calgary Flames at training camp on a professional tryout contract as he continues to work his way onto an NHL roster full-time.
