Anthony Duclair was named the NHL’s second star of the week this past week. It’s no surprise considering he has five goals and six points in three games since Dec. 9. He’s the leading scorer for the Senators this season in goals (18) and points (25).
Duclair had eight points in 23 games while playing a little more than 13 minutes a game in Chicago, with all of his points coming at even strength. He also had 10 takeaways and just one giveaway. He was acquired in a trade that included Richard Panik from the Blackhawks’ side.
