The Blackhawks captain has three assists through eight games this season, but has yet to find the back of the net. In an effort to help spark him offensively — and balance out the lines, coach Joel Quenneville moved Patrick Kane up to the top line with Toews in Friday's overtime win over the New Jersey Devils.
