A third meeting between Central Division foes this season awaits the Chicago Blackhawks on Saturday night as they continue a three-game road trip in Missouri against the St. Louis Blues.
The Blackhawks catch the Blues as the latter is slowly returning to Earth after a 17-game stretch that thrust the Blues into fourth place in the Central Division, where a playoff spot would be assured. Between Dec. 7 and Jan. 23, the Blues went 13-3-1 — including a 6-4 victory over the Minnesota Wild at the Winter Classic.
