The Blackhawks looked to be hurtling toward a crucial Game 3 victory Monday night in Nashville before a controversial goal snuck past Corey Crawford.
Late in the third period, Filip Forsberg of the Predators notched a goal immediately after his teammate, Victor Arvidsson, bumped Crawford's stick and head right in front of the net.
That tied things up and the Predators wound up winning in overtime to take a commanding 3-0 lead in the opening round series of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
Hawks coach Joel Quenneville challenged the play, but the ruling on the ice was upheld.
