On May 6, 1996 at the United Center against the Colorado Avalanche the Chicago Blackhawks defeated the Av’s 4-3 in overtime. An unexpected hero scored the game winner for the Chicago Blackhawks and at the time it was the quickest overtime goal scored in Chicago Blackhawks history. Sergei Krivokrasov took a feed from a standing still Eric Daze and fired one that was deflected past Patrick Roy for the Hawks OT win.
