The Chicago Blackhawks one consistent thing this season is that they aren’t consistent. One step forward two steps back seems like the motto this season.
Look no further than the last two games. First they play one of their most complete games of the season in an 8-2 win in Ottawa on Tuesday night. Everyone is scoring, Anton Forsberg is making all the big saves and everyone is happy when they wake up and go to work on Wednesday.
Then on Wednesday everything that could go wrong does go wrong including shots that are deflected in off the Blackhawks own sticks and end up in the back of Forsberg.
