Just prior to the Chicago Blackhawks and Nashville Predators dropping the puck tonight, the Blackhawks made a move to acquire Winnipeg Jets Captain Andrew Ladd, per. The move brings a former Stanley Cup winning Blackhawk back to Chicago as Ladd was a big part of the 2010 Cup Champions. Ladd, along with Jay Harrison and Matt Fraser come to Chicago in the trade, while the Blackhawks send Marko Dano, 2016 first-round pick, and a conditional pick back to Winnipeg. The Jets will also retain 36% of Ladd’s salary.
