Home sweet home. The Chicago Blackhawks are back at the United Center for the first time in over two weeks Tuesday night to host the Minnesota Wild. The circus is officially gone and it's time for hockey to continue at the Madhouse as the calendar flips over to December.
The circus trip was a mixed bag for the Hawks, who finished the six-game trip with a 3-1-2 record. The team has been rising up the Central Division standings, though, and currently sits third. It's still crowded in the division, but as we noted a few days ago, it's looking like the competition won't be quite as stiff as it seemed the first couple weeks of the season.
