Patrick Kane and Artemi Panarin scored in the shootout and Corey Crawford made 42 saves to lift the Chicago Blackhawks to a 3-2 win over the Dallas Stars on Thursday night at United Center.
Kane scored a power-play goal and Marian Hossa also found the back of the net in regulation for Chicago (48-20-6), who swept the five-game season series against Dallas.
With the win, Chicago increased its lead atop the Central Division and Western Conference to eight points over the Minnesota. The Wild (44-23-6) lost 3-1 to Philadelphia on Thursday at home.
