Corey Crawford will start in net, and Brandon Mashinter will make his regular-season debut for the Chicago Blackhawks when they host the New Jersey Devils on Thursday at United Center.
The Devils took the first game of the two-game season series with a 4-2 win last Friday. Patrick Kane scored, and continued his point streak with a goal and three assists in Sunday's 4-2 home victory over Edmonton. He is currently on a 10-game point streak with seven goals and 10 assists.
Kane isn't the only one on the second line that his scoring.
