One last trade.
The Chicago Blackhawks traded forward Corey Tropp to the Anaheim Ducks for forward Tim Jackman and a 2017 seventh-round pick, the team announced Monday. The minor deal beats the buzzer on NHL trade deadline day to complete a busy week for GM Stan Bowman.
Jackman has been reassigned to the San Diego Gulls of the American Hockey League, so it doesn't appear that this move impacts the IceHogs at all.
Tropp was a throw-in to the offseason deal between the Hawks and Blue Jackets that sent Brandon Saad to Columbus.
