On Tuesday morning, the Chicago Blackhawks added another prospect to their roster by signing MacKenzie Entwistle to a three-year, entry-level contract that’s worth $925,000 annually.
Entwistle, 19, is a 6-foot-3, 181-pound forward from Ontario who was originally selected by the Arizona Coyotes in the third round (69th overall) in the 2017 NHL draft. He came to the Blackhawks earlier this year as part of the trade that sent Marian Hossa’s contract to the Coyotes.
During the 2018 preseason, Entwistle donned a Blackhawks sweater for the first time on Sept.
