Knott, 18, recorded 43 points (25G, 18A) in 59 regular-season games with the Ontario Hockey League’s Niagara IceDogs. His eight power-play goals were tied for third on the team. The Etobicoke, Ontario, native then added four points (2G, 2A) in 11 postseason games.
