Chicago Blackhawks forward Ryan Hartman will participate in the 2015 National Hockey League Players Association Rookie Showcase on Sept. 1 in Toronto at Mattamy Athletic Centre, reports Chris Kuc of the Chicago Tribune.
The 2013 first-round pick for the Hawks will be one of 40 prospects participating.
It is the seventh year of the event, which provides Upper Deck -- the official trading card partner of the NHLPA and the NHL -- with an exclusive opportunity to photograph the league's top young players.
Hartman, 20, recorded no points in five games for the Hawks when he was called up from the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League in February.
