The Chicago Blackhawks have acquired defenseman Johnny Oduya from the Dallas Stars for minor-league forward Mark McNeill and a conditional draft pick, according to multiple reports.
Pierre LeBrun broke the trade, with Bob McKenzie grabbing the full details soon after.
If CHI wins two rounds and Oduya plays in 50 per cent or more of CHI games, fourth-round pick becomes a third-round pick to DAL.

This is a relatively cheap deal for the Hawks, who didn’t really have a place for center Mark McNeill in the future and needed only some extra depth on the blue line to solidify their playoff roster.
