Alex DeBrincat, Erie Otters (OHL), forward, drafted 2nd round 2016 – DeBrincat, 18, has had a pretty good week. He’s had some special games this season, but he topped them all with a five-point performance on Saturday. He had two goals and three assists in a 7-3 win over the Kitchener Rangers. It was his 11th multi-point game of the season. He has 17 goals and 18 assists in 14 games this season. To add his memorable year so far, he signed a three-year entry-level contract with the Blackhawks on Monday.
