Blackhawks forward prospect Roy Radke has signed an amateur tryout agreement with the Rockford IceHogs of the AHL, according to a source.
Radke, 20, finished his OHL season with the Barrie Colts on Saturday. He had 23 goals and 13 assists in 45 games this season. He scored a goal in 17 games and had five multi-goal games. He missed some time due to a lower-body injury.
Radke was drafted by the Blackhawks in the sixth round in 2015. He’s 6-foot-2 and 200 pounds, a right-handed shot and plays right wing. He was born in Chicago and grew up in Geneva, Illinois.
