Chicago Blackhawks prospect Dennis Gilbert and Notre Dame upset No. 2 seed UMass-Lowell on Sunday to win the Northeast Regional and earn a berth in the Frozen Four.

This year’s Frozen Four will be April 6 and April 8 at United Center in Chicago. It’s the first time the Frozen Four will be at United Center.
Gilbert, a 2015 third-rounder by the Blackhawks, had zero goals and 22 assists in 37 regular-season games.
