Patrick Sharp will likely play his final NHL game Saturday in Winnipeg.
The Chicago Blackhawks winger announced after the team’s 4-1 loss to the St. Louis Blues on Friday that this will “probably be his last NHL season. He wore an “A” as an assistant captain, a video tribute was played for him and he took one final lap around the United Center ice after the game.
Asked if this is his last season, Sharpy says: “Yeah, probably... I’m grateful I had the opportunity to come back to the #Blackhawks”

“It was a tough game out there, tough to concentrate with what was going on inside my head,” Sharp told NHL.
