Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane and the Central Division fell 10-5 to the Metropolitan Division in the 2019 NHL All-Star Game championship matchup in the 3-on-3 tournament Saturday at SAP Center in San Jose.
Pittsburgh’s Sidney Crosby led the way with a five-point performance in the final to earn MVP honors, and help himself and his teammates win the $1 million prize.
Kane recorded two goals and one assist in the Central’s 10-4 victory over the Pacific team in the opening game of the tournament. It was the first victory for the Central, who lost the previous three semifinal matchups to the Pacific.
