Corey Crawford will make his second straight start when the Blackhawks visit the Blue Jackets on Saturday at Nationwide Arena.
Crawford made 27 saves in a 4-1 loss to the Coyotes in his first start since December 2017 due to a concussion. It was Chicago’s first regulation loss of the season after playing in five consecutive overtime contests.
Blackhawks head coach Joel Quenneville has shaken up the lineup to look for a spark. Defenseman Brandon Davidson is expected to make his regular-season Blackhawks debut in the third defensive pairing with Jan Rutta in place of Brandon Manning.
