Blackhawks' GM Stan Bowman: 'We don't have a cap problem anymore'

Chicago Blackhawks general manager Stan Bowman has found some breathing room from the NHL salary cap.

Stan Bowman won't say for sure that all current roster players are now safe, but says, "We don't have a cap problem anymore.
